Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Our team works hard to get orders processed as quickly as possible. We unfortunately can’t guarantee that we can make any changes or cancellations. If you need to make a change, please contact us in 12 hours and we'll do our best to help.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us to your email address that was used to place the order. Because we experience a high volume of orders, shipping times may take on average 3-10 business days. We aim to get your items to you as fast as possible. 

Shipping is free on orders over $50! Yippie!

Flouwr does not take responsibility for any untracked packages that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you did not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Flouwr is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Flouwr is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

Flouwr will help as much as possible to trace a missing package, however it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Flouwr is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs of delayed shipping product availability.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
